RxSaver is a medication savings program that helps users find the lowest price for prescription medications.[1]
History
In 2018, RetailMeNot acquired LowestMed, a website/app that let consumers compare prescription drug prices. As a part of the deal, the company was renamed RxSaver.[3] Ronald Perelman is RxSaver’s chairman and CEO.
In 2020, First Dollar, a then-new HSA service and marketplace, partnered with RxSaver to give its members prescription discounts.

RxSaver shows consumers the discounted coupon prices of prescriptions purchased without insurance. This is because the discounted coupon price of some drugs is lower than the standard copay. Consumers can ask pharmacies what their copay would be, and then compare that to the retail price found by the app. They can then determine which is the better price for them.
